Xtremeteam Fitness provides quality and professional training that gets the maximum potential out of each client. Giving the client foundational knowledge about personal training that will give him/her the best results possible. I have been a fitness coach for the past 7 years and have a athletic professional background as well. Training regimens target core training, strength and conditioning, resistance training and cardio training. With emphasis of range of motion and biomechanics. We are very passionate and want to help each individual achieve its fitness goals. Changing lives one at a time is a priority and mission for us.

The professionalism that Deshon has is nothing short of amazing. He knows any and everything when it comes to fitness. I was quite impressed with his approach and knowledge. Please ,if you are ever in the market for a personal trainer that is willing to guide you spiritually and physically he is your guy. Hire him (Deshon)!!!!

Working out with Deshon has been incredible!! I have been out of the gym for a few years and nervous to start again but Deshon made the transition not only easy, but also comfortable and fun. He is very personable and loves to joke around, making the workouts enjoyable and something to look forward to. Deshon is passionate about health and working out. He wants to see you become the best version of yourself possible and will push you to be just that. He has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable about fitness. He explains why you are doing certain workouts, what muscle groups you are engaging, etc. He will help you come up with a meal plan and, if you want, he will even go to the grocery story with you (he saved me money!!). Deshon is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. He is extremely reliable, attentive, and punctual, you can always count on him to be on time and ready for a workout, no matter what time of day! In the few weeks that I've been training with Deshon, I've already noticed results in my physical appearance as well as my mentality and attitude! Working out with him has been a pleasure and something I look forward to everyday. I would (and have) recommended Deshon to all of my family and friends, he is truly incredible!!

I'm currently doing training with Deshon and he's the best! Always positive and very knowledgeable. He knows every muscle and how to isolate each to work them out in the best way possible. He mixes up his workouts too, great trainer!

Prices start at $25 per session and subject to change depending on the extensiveness of the session

Assessing the client to see what his/her fitness goals are and developing a strategic plan to helping each client achieve their fitness goals in a realistic time frame. We also do body measurements and nutrition planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified personal trainer by AAFP and have certifications In kinesiology, biomechanics, plyometric training, and calesthenics training. Former professional basketball player.
