- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During our consultation I am able to gain better understanding of your specific photography service request. Depending on the number of hours you request and number of people being photographed determines the cost of the service. I do charge a travel fee for sessions greater than 25 miles away. Occasionally I offer discounts to returning customers. Thumbtack lists my base pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to have a consultation with my clients to get a better understanding of the type of photo service they are looking for. Together we decide what location would be best depending on the aesthetic the client wants. From the time of the consultation to the day of the photo service we communicate back and forth with posing ideas, outfit and prop ideas, if the client does not have all of this figured out already.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have just about 10 years of experience doing photography for over 200 clients.
