Introduction: Accurate Serve was founded in June 2009 by Beau Charlet. Brennan Fogarty pioneered the opening of the Tallahassee office in October 2012. Accurate Serve has no geographical limitations in regard to service of process. Accurate Serve strives for perfection, recognized as an Accredited Florida Process Server (AFPS) and an active member of the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS) and National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS). We have successfully served documents in almost all 50 states, as well as China, Germany, Puerto Rico and Canada. Florida Statutes will be enforced when sending documents to another state for service. Documents that require international service will adhere to the rules and regulations governed by the Hague Convention.
