- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can give you a range over the phone (sometimes depending on the plumbing repair needed) and once we arrive at the property, we will be able to give you an exact price BEFORE we start so you're able to determine whether you would like to proceed or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your issue, collecting details (photos/video help), and giving a quick estimate range (if possible) before scheduling a narrow arrival window with a live ETA usually the same day. On site, we diagnose with pro tools, and explain clear “good / better / best” options with upfront, flat pricing. With your approval, we complete most repairs the same visit, protect work areas, and test everything before we leave. You’ll receive photos of the work, care tips, an itemized invoice with warranty, and a quick follow-up to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
