Plumbing Pipe Repair

Working with Dalmatian Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. Blaine arrived right on time, brought decades of real-world common sense to the job, and showed incredible attention to detail from start to finish.

He was on-site to install a premium Rheem Hybrid Water Heater, but his thoroughness saved me from a major hidden issue. Before changing any fixtures, he ran a fiberoptic camera scope of my kitchen main line. He discovered that the previous oversized 3" sink plumbing stack was completely unglued at the base and leaking sewer gas.

Blaine instantly reconfigured the space with highly efficient, practical routing—shrinking the footprint down neatly to make room for my future appliances, installing a proper air admittance valve, and hardwiring my new disposal. To top it off, after drilling the necessary dual-drain exterior line, he went right back outside to patch and seal the stucco penetration cleanly.

Dalmatian earns every bit of this 5-star review. If you want honest pricing, elite technical skills, and a crew that treats your home layout with genuine respect, call these guys. Highly recommended!

Thomas & Simon are co-ownerswho are very cordial, professional, efficient, and conduct business with excellence. Fernando, the tech who furnished the free estimate, and I scheduked an appt to perform the removal and install of two new bathroom sink faucets. Fernando was very patient in the arduous task of removing a circa 1958-1968 faucet in the primary bathroom Excellent workmanship, meticulously cleaning up, and professional best practices were always present.
