I requested a quote for my washing machine and the tech came out and misdiagnosed the issue...when I researched the issue I reached out to your company and advised the issue was not diagnosed correctly.. I advised I would buy the part and for your tech to come out and install it for me....no reply......the part arrived and I messaged you again ...this time I requested a refund for the visit....no response..... Terrible service.
