We have a flat rate service fee for come out and do diagnostic. It’s 39$ that could be free if you hire us for repair
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call you to schedule an appointment and to discuss about your issue. After that techs will come to you for repair

We have few guys in our team one of them is microelectronic engineer with more than 40 years experience. Also we have electricians and plumbers.
