Introduction: I really communicate with my clients. It is important that people know that their issue is important to me as well. If I do not believe in the case, I will not take it. Making sure the client knows that I can be trusted is important to me. Making sure my clients are educated during the process is also key. I do not want the client to feel like he or she is in the dark as to what is transpiring. I am a creative thinker, excellent negotiator and very diligent in advocating for my clients.
