- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices include sound, lights, and MC & Hosting services. Any other request will be included in the contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you request a quote and we have a ***** or video ************. I want to know exactly how you want the event to go, any announcements I have to make, if you want me to control the flow of the event, etc. Next, I send over a contract that needs to be signed. After that, I require just a 50% deposit with the other 50% due the day prior to the event. This allows me to handle things like travel, extra equipment I might need, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been performing as a singer since 2006. My first professional performance was my father's wedding when I was 19. Once I received that ovation, I knew this is what I wanted to do.
