Introduction: Barman Emporium Events LLC. is a licensed and insured company that currently services in the Tampa Area. We are a dedicated, professional cocktail and waitstaff company with our employees RAMP or TIPS certified. Our guests are most impressed by our creative mode of mixology because we use all natural ingredients in our cocktails, including 100% freshly squeezed juices. We offer two main types of packages: A) Serving your alcohol B) All-inclusive The price quoted here on Thumbtack is for Package A. Regardless of your package choice, our main priority is to provide you with exceptional service so that you can enjoy your event! We also have many rental options available to you. Our portable BARS are like no others in the area! They are uniquely designed with high-tech lighting that can be illuminated to match your party’s theme color. As well as back bars for glassware. We also have matching high-top, illuminated TABLES and CLEAR acrylic chairs! In addition, we have many types of GLASSWARE, TIKI MUGS, and DRINK DISPENSERS with the option to purchase homemade iced teas, lemonade, and/or infused water.

Hugo is hands down THE BEST bartender! The thing that I loved the most about him was how happy and upbeat he was the entire night. Walking up to the bar was an experience in itself and many of my wedding guests (including myself) hung out in the bar area just because of how much fun he was! He provided me with a cocktail list to choose 2 signature drinks from and even went as far as creating a shopping list with everything I needed from the liquor, garnishments, mixers and even nonalcoholic beverages. He was punctual and the cocktails tasted AMAZING! If you’re still unsure of whether to hire him for your event or not….this is your sign! RUN! DONT WALK! You will not be disappointed!

We were at a double tower venue so it was understandable that our bartender was a little late, but she caught up! Forgot to turn the lights on the bar on, but I was too busy to even worry about it. Hugo and his helping Chiefs fan were great! They came and picked up the bar and made sure everything was great would 10/10 use em again! Thank you! 💜

Our wedding was 12/18/22 in Tampa, FL. To this day, I’m still hearing how good and strong the drinks were. Despite some hiccups, none at the fault of the bartender, Hugo was kind & easy-going. He maintained an upbeat attitude and always greeted my friends and family with a smile. I wish I lived in Tampa just based on my team of vendors. Hugo and the others were amazing! I’m grateful for his professionalism.

Hugo was incredibly responsive and a great choice for our wedding day. All our guests raved about how awesome our bartender service was (very generous pourer)! Hugo was even kind enough to smile for several selfies with our guests. Absolutely amazing and would definitely book his services again!

I can’t say enough about Hugo. He was wonderful from the moment I contacted him about the party until he served the last drink. He helped me create an amazing signature cocktail list and then provided me with a detailed shopping list to ensure we would have everything we need. He showed up early and set up a beautiful bar area with a printed framed cocktail list. He was lively, friendly and his drinks were absolutely delicious! All my friends commented on how the bartender was the highlight of the party! I can’t thank Hugo enough and will certainly be hiring him for any future events we have!

Our pricing is very fair and comes with certified bartenders and insurance. BE Events provides you with top quality service at reasonable pricing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is as follows: - Contact Barman Emporium Events - Receive a personal call back from the owner of Barman Emporium Events to discuss event details - Receive a formal quote back via email within 24hrs of initial call - Send approval confirmation of the quote back to Barman Emporium Events along with a 30% deposit - Final payment is due at the time of the event Having a new friend in the Barman Emporium Events family!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We possess RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certifications in ownership as well as service. All of our bartenders are also RAMP or TIPS certified and highly trained via bartending academy’s.
