Founded by Marie Mathews, a hospitality professional with more than **24 years of bartending and event industry experience**, MGM has grown from a personalized bartending service into a multi-state event staffing, hospitality, and production company with a network of approximately **400 experienced event professionals**.
With **more than 1,000 events successfully completed**, we've built our reputation on professionalism, reliability, creativity, and the ability to make even the most complicated events look effortless.
