Hello from PulleySystems Events and Service, we are a family owned business that can offer all needed services including Event Coordinating, Event Decorating, Wait staff, Bartending, Hair/Makeup, and Wedding Cake Creating. We are a one stop shop that is efficient, hardworking and will make your event amazing! Our core team consists of my husband, Hugh and I, Marissa. We have been making weddings and different events spectacular since we moved here from the Midwest about 6 years ago. We have over 15 years of bartending and service experience. We are very proficient and professional, and we do our best to go above and beyond our clients expectations.

I cannot recommend Marissa highly enough. she really saved the day with our wedding. We had planned everything ourselves and needed someone last minute to help decorate an orchestrate our wedding. She stepped in and was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She made me feel at ease in one of my most stressful times and I knew that she had everything taken care of. she had such a vast knowledge of weddings and came in on point, knew her stuff and took care of everything. I was able to relax (as much as one can on their wedding day) knowing that she had everything under control. She could easily charge double or triple for her services that's how amazing she is!!! if you have the opportunity to use her for your special event, I would highly recommend it. She worked in tandem with our preacher, and it was like they came together as a team, even though they had never met. she is able to work with anyone and will make sure that your wishes for your event are upheld. she even stayed up afterwards and cleaned everything up so we were able to go to the reception. she made our day smooth and memorable. Thank you Marissa!!!!!

Marissa is the best wedding coordinator, ever! She made my wedding the most special day of my life! I couldn't afford to do real flowers for my wedding so I got fake ones, and set them up to give to Marissa for the wedding day...she transformed them, made my wedding venue look like a dream. She was punctual, professional, and truly a lovely human being. I gave her a tip for her work, but that does not feel like enough because you can not put a price tag on how impactful her work was on my life. My wedding day was magical. She coordinated both the ceremony and the reception and she did both excellently! I was not stressed at all on my wedding day. I was able to relax while she did the work. Maybe i'm biased, but if you book anyone else for your wedding, you're crazy! She's the only one worthy of calling to do the job.

Marissa was an absolute powerhouse and was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish! She was our day-of coordinator and absolutely made our day perfect. We would have truly never survived without her. She made so many personal touches from sending a sweet text the morning of our wedding before she arrived that day, to ensuring our vision came to life. She handled an issue with our caterers with grace and made sure that we were taken care of above all else. She also made sure that issues didn’t make their way back to my husband and I unless we needed to intervene. I would hire her again in an instant and am so grateful for her! I hired this company months ago for my NYE wedding. Marissa has been responsive to any text I sent and answered any and all questions promptly. On wedding day, she and her team were amazing. They were on time, professional, approachable and were so good to our guests and us. I loved how much effort they put in to make sure our wedding was a success and even though they weren’t our bartenders, still made sure me and my husband had drinks in our hands! I would absolutely hire them again! Thank you again guys!!! For everything!!
