- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Total Quote isnt just for the actual time physically present. it's the (sometimes) hours of prep time before the event. (ex/purchasing all paper goods, emails/correspondence, preparing custom cocktails, dressing the part for themed event, ICE, purchasing and cutting fruit, etc) There is much to be done before and after, and unfortunately many people do not realize this, or overlook this when trying to find "the cheapesttender of bar." my prices are very reasonable. Times are hard for everyone right now and I will help you as much as possible $
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask allll the questions to make sure all details are correct and I can give you the most accurate quote! example:: if the time says 8pm - 12....is 8pm the start time or arrival time? Would you need cups, ice, portable bar? **Custom cocktail list and Fruit/garnishes are always free, as a thank you for your business and trust ❤**
