FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide detailed estimates so our clients understand exactly what they’re paying for. Pricing varies based on the scope of work, materials selected, and any permitting or additional requirements specific to the project. All materials, permits, and necessary approvals are discussed and approved by the client before any payment or work begins. We do not believe in hidden fees. For larger projects, we provide written proposals outlining materials, project timelines, scope of work, and payment schedules. Our goal is to deliver high-quality craftsmanship at fair and competitive pricing while maintaining clear, consistent communication from start to finish.

After earning his degrees at the University of South Florida, he returned to the industry with a deeper understanding of construction management and business operations.
