We hired Grace Construction to remodel our house, which hadn’t been updated since it was built in 1971. We found Jorge to be very easy to work with - honest, professional, responsive - and full of good ideas on how to modernize the house. Along the way, we ran into several issues that fell outside the original scope but Grace helped us get through it, finding reputable subcontractors, as needed. We were managing this work from 1000 miles away with only occasional onsite visits so having a trustworthy lead contractor was invaluable to us. Perhaps no job is ever perfect and you can always find details to nitpick but at the end of the day, we were very happy with the transformation and we would definitely call Grace again for future projects. The pictures highlight some of the interior and exterior work we had done. Floors, drywall, ceilings, complete kitchen, complete bathrooms, and exterior.

Grace was an absolute pleasure to work with. They remodeled both of my bathrooms, and their work wasn’t only stellar, but they were the utmost professional from start to finish. The craftsmanship was wonderful, and so was the respect for always keeping the construction areas, and areas around the construction clean! I highly recommend Grace Construction.

Jorge and Kyle were great to work with and their team did beautiful quality work on our first floor remodel - master suite, kitchen, laundry room and living room. All new tile throughout, fresh paint, installed new bathroom vanities, toilet, redid the shower, added molding around doors, new baseboards, reconfigured laundry room, created a pantry in our storage under the stairs and painted the exterior of the house. Fortunately there were no major delays and the project finished on time. After completion of that project, we had them remodel our upstairs bathroom. Great company to work with and very honest. Highly recommend.

Jorge & his team at Grace Construction have done several major rehabs for us over the years to include 2 bathroom overhauls, a complete kitchen gut & redesign, replaced flooring and recently located and repaired an area that had water intrusion. The professionalism is top notch & they always keep you up to date on how things are going with the job. Honestly, they felt like part of the family! The crew created our front porch where none existed before. They returned to address punch list items with no quibbling.
People still stop to tell how much they love our porch. And when it rains, the sound on the metal roof is so cool.
The bathroom remodel still looks great after years of use.
