We needed a contractor for 2 small exterior trim repairs on our home. During the bid gathering process, it was clear that Birch Masters was not just the most professional, but also the best priced. Communication was clear and friendly. From signing the quote to completion was only a few days - they were able to get someone to complete the job on a Saturday before the rains started. The work was done well, the contractor cleaned up, and then walked us through everything he had done. He even proactively fixed a 3rd area where we were going to have issues soon. At every step we knew what was happening and everything was done RIGHT. I highly recommend Birch Masters for any home projects you have.

Jake and his team at Birch Masters were very professional and provided great work. Had a new wall drywalled and they completed the job to spec. Additionally, Jake the PM took steps to double check details of the work and make sure everything was excellent. Will certainly be calling again.

I hired Birch Masters to install electrical for my outdoor barrel sauna, and I’m very happy with the results. Jake did an excellent job with the installation - the work is clean, code-compliant, and everything functions perfectly. He’s a skilled electrician who pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Jake was really attentive and showed me some things that I didn't even think about. I had a friend do some work and Jake showed me how it was done incorrectly but still showed empathy and didn't make me feel silly for have a non electrician work on my outlets. He just fixed it. Payment was smooth and I really appreciate the quality and professionalism.
