Act prices were very good and they sent two folks to clean the couches. They spent an hour and paid attention to detail. Unfortunately they weren't able to get the pet smell out of the couches, which is the only reason it isn't 5 stars, but that isn't entirely their fault, so they deserve 4 stars. The couches did take a while to dry, but I saw the water from the machine and it was really dirty, so I know they did a fine job cleaning them.
