I did not receive any service-the only thing Natasha did for me was waste my time. When coming to an agreement about the day and time to clean I offered Natasha a lot of flexibility. I even asked her if it would be a hassle to come from Tampa across the bay to Pinellas County. She assured me that it would not. The day before she was supposed to come to clean, we confirmed our appointment. We agreed on 2 PM, at 1:11 PM she texted me that she was finishing up an appointment in Tampa and then will get on the road. At 2:42 PM I contacted her and she was a minimum of 20 minutes probably more like 40 minutes away. We agreed that the next day would be better, and she told me that she would be at my house at about 10 AM and possibly sooner. At 10:22 AM she texted me to tell me she was leaving the restaurant(what?) and would be at my house in about an hour or so. By 12:10 there was no update text or call and I had a feeling she probably was not going to show, so I texted her and told her that I would clean my house myself and I didn't need her services. In my job I am held very accountable for my time and how I treat people. I guess it's a good thing that the Natasha works for herself, because I can't imagine any employer putting up with this sort of shenanigans.

No Call. No Show. I called to follow up. I did receive a returned call. I was supposed to get a returned call for a reschedule date, and a quote, but no response.
