I called air support because our heat wasnt working Alex came checked it out ordered the part came back on New Years Day to fix it he was so nice him and his partner I will be calling them again when I need something else done to my ac thank you guys

After several days of unsuccessful repair attempts and unacceptable replacement proposals from a local AC company, I decided to reach out to an old professional contact. Although he is retired, he recommended that I contact his son, assuring me he was a skilled and reliable professional.From the first phone conversation with Erick, everything proceeded exactly as it should. The following day, Alex H. came out to assess the situation, and within an hour I received a detailed quote for the requested TRANE system. After we agreed on the price, the new system was installed just two days later.The installation was completed by technicians Edele and More, who performed the work thoroughly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the entire process and would like to compliment the company and its employees for their excellent service.
