My Husband and I just recently had Maintenance service for our HVAC and Plumbing systems through Comfort Authority and the two gentlemen that came out were awesome. Dalton was very professional and friendly and helped us out with a last minute issue with our shutoff valve that was seized up. Later in the same day Glenn came out and serviced our HVAC and he was also great. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips for maintenance going forward. They both gave us quotes on future items to fix or improve issues we are having.

I called Comfort Authority after noticing my AC wasnt cooling as it should and hearing an unusual noise from the inside unit Im so glad I did! Rick, my technician who came out was absolutely outstanding knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what steps needed to be done to correct the serious issue I was dealing with!Rick didnt just fix the issue; he checked everything thoroughly and made sure the job was truly done right before leaving. Its rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer experience this well.Highly recommended! A great repair technician and a real asset to Comfort Authority. My AC is running perfectly again, and I couldnt be more grateful.
