- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$0 charge for going and give you a quote, if you like it, perfect, if not, we'll be on our way. That is how AC on Time assures you that we offer the most competitive prices in the area. AC on Time accepts CASH, CHECKS, DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, ZELLE, and offers FINANCING. We also help you finance your project, ask the contractor for more questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin by getting the basic info from our customers, Full Name, Address, Phone number, and Email. That ways we can add them to our schedule and offer them the FREE consultation. Once at the client's home, we check everything and come up with a price to fix the issue. If the price is not right for our clients, we try to negotiate to offer our best price. If the client is still unsatisfied, we just go, we don't charge anything, it is a FREE consult after all!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the contractor in charge of AC on Time, I have been working in the field for over 6 years. I work alongside my uncle, Osnier, who has more than 10 years of experience.
