- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts us, we ask a few basic questions to see what the issues are. If on site diagnosis is needed we will schedule a time to evaluate the problem, once we identify the problem we'll explain what needs to be done to resolve the issue and the cost before any work is done.
