- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing, which means all the prices are the same in all areas and doesn't vary depending on customer. Not only that but our Maintenance Members get a 20 to 30% discount on any work needed as a special thank you for being part of our family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the system, the home and it's airflow and most importantly our customer to understand their needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Originally started at Super Heat and Air as well as Smart Efficient Solutions as a Permit technician, later to become a service technician.
