- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. Most repairs are quoted at a flat rate before work begins — no surprises. For service calls, we charge a diagnostic fee which covers a professional evaluation and clear repair options. That fee is applied toward the repair if you move forward. We regularly offer seasonal promotions and maintenance discounts, and we’re happy to review options that fit your needs and budget. We do not charge hidden fees, and we never begin work without your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. When you contact us, we gather a few details to understand the issue and schedule a convenient appointment. At your home, our technician performs a thorough diagnostic evaluation and explains what’s going on in clear terms. We provide upfront pricing and repair options before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the repair professionally and cleanly, and we review everything with you before leaving to ensure you’re comfortable with the results. Our goal is simple: clear communication, outstanding customer service, excellent quality work, and no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Pro Plumbing & Air is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Our technicians complete ongoing training and continuing education to maintain state licensing requirements and stay current with Florida Building Code updates.
