We charge a flat $99 diagnostic fee to send a trained technician to your home and get to the bottom of the issue. After that, you’ll get a clear, upfront estimate for the work needed—no hidden fees, no surprises. In most cases, if you go ahead with the repair, we waive the diagnostic fee entirely. Our pricing is competitive, transparent, and built to earn your trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, our friendly customer service team will get you scheduled—usually for the same or next business day during normal hours. A skilled technician will come out, diagnose the issue, and walk you through your options, including pricing for each. No pressure, no confusion—just clear answers and fast solutions.
