- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We waive the service fee when you go with repair. Our pricing falls inline with the national average. In fact its in our name, the B in Plan B Ac stands for the "Best Price, Best Quality and Best Service" Its what we are known for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will receive an email with a photo of the tech, this way you know who is walking up to their front door. Customers can also click on the link to track the tech who is coming to their house.
