We pride ourselves on our commitment to fair pricing for our customers. Our quotes are always tailored to the specific requirements of the project, ensuring that they align with the client's budget without exceeding it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a potential customer contacting us via phone calls, emails, or online inquiries. We gather information about their needs and schedule an appointment for a technician to visit their location. During the visit, the technician assesses the existing HVAC system, property layout, and discusses concerns in detail. Based on the evaluation, the technician offers recommendations which could involve repairs, maintenance, upgrades, or new installations. We then provide a detailed quote or proposal outlining the recommended services, costs, and warranties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician graduated with an associate's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration from TCI College. He pursued a Bachelor's degree in project management from Devry University and obtained his professional license Type A in the state of Florida.
