Not an easy job, but he got it done. He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished everything in a reasonable amount of time. What really stood out to me was how good he was with communication. I asked a million questions (some more than once), and he answered all of them patiently. Never made me feel rushed or annoying. The workspace was left spotless, he even asked to vacuum the room afterward, which caught me by surprise in the best way. And the results? For the first time since I’ve owned this house, the temp is holding steady at 74°. Before this, it never got lower than 78° unless it rained. Huge difference to us & it’s only been 24 hours. His pricing was fair and he never pressured me. He let me take the time I needed to save up and pay cash, no pushing financing or upsells to get the job done immediately.
