It challenges me every day and if i am not challenged than i am bored. There is a certain thrill with dealing with the unknown when i get there and a certain warm feeling when i leave knowing the problem is fixed and won't return.

Eric got my computer, fix the problem (a Trojan Virus) in less than an hour, charged a reasonable price and I'm back on line. Great personable service.

I acquired a virus that froze things up on my relatively new laptop HP PC. Eric did a great job and I had my 'puter back in a matter of a couple of hours. I was impressed with what he accomplished in a limited amount of time and was further impressed with the fact that he didn't add, change or attempt to make my computer operate to his style or preferences. One thing that always drives me crazy is, when I get a unit back from a shop, the tech frequently has made mine run in the manner he or she prefers. Eric didn't do that. Thanks, Eric.

He just got rid of a virus that has been bugging me forever and is working on my lap top as i write this. I have always used him and trust no one else. Fast and skillful. Call him first and foremost and i know you will be in good hands.

Great service! I gave Eric my Samsung Galaxy S5 - which had a broken LED screen - in the afternoon and he returned it to me in great working condition later that day. Eric was very professional and went out of his way to accomodate my requests.
