I am prompt and customer satisfaction is my number one goal. I will work on the problem as long as it takes and get it done right the very first time. No job to small and no problem too big. It challenges me every day and if i am not challenged than i am bored. There is a certain thrill with dealing with the unknown when i get there and a certain warm feeling when i leave knowing the problem is fixed and won't return.

I acquired a virus that froze things up on my relatively new laptop HP PC. Eric did a great job and I had my 'puter back in a matter of a couple of hours. I was impressed with what he accomplished in a limited amount of time and was further impressed with the fact that he didn't add, change or attempt to make my computer operate to his style or preferences. One thing that always drives me crazy is, when I get a unit back from a shop, the tech frequently has made mine run in the manner he or she prefers. Eric didn't do that. Thanks, Eric.

Great service! I gave Eric my Samsung Galaxy S5 - which had a broken LED screen - in the afternoon and he returned it to me in great working condition later that day. Eric was very professional and went out of his way to accomodate my requests.

There is no standard pricing as there is no such thing as standard problems. Each customer is unique and pricing is the same, custom tailored to the customer and their particular problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build a bi-lateral trust, explain to them what is recommended. With out trust, nothing can get done properly or quickly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended ITT-Tech 2004-2006 in the School of Electronics. I also worked for Dell technical services center repairing PC's under Dell Warranty and am currently as of November 2015 attending ITT's Bachelors program for Electronics and going to be attending USF's MBA program in 2016.
