Introduction: Most technicians do not go in-depth with ensuring viruses or other dictated issues are completely repaired to promote a stable and agile PC. We review our own work before it goes off as "finished", so that the customer knows that it was handled correctly. The transition from what a computer can accumulate over a set amount of time is astounding. Over time it effects a system to a point where the performance is slowed or compromised. We take pride to know that we can take that sticky performance, and revert it to its former potential. Doing this feels makes us feel happy that not only the computer gurus can have quick computers that seems to to never slow down, but others can too!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My father grew up dealing with technology and watching him made me feel like there was some art form to it. As I grew up to the present day working on units as I curiously observed how every module communicated with each other. I feel like the complexity of computers had me interested in the field, which in the end I felt like a business was for me!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Usually slow running units. Second from that would be the virus repairs (depending on which type) but with our thorough diagnostics we can detect those types of issues. We don't step back from odd ones as well, and it always teaches our employees something new as well!
