- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father grew up dealing with technology and watching him made me feel like there was some art form to it. As I grew up to the present day working on units as I curiously observed how every module communicated with each other. I feel like the complexity of computers had me interested in the field, which in the end I felt like a business was for me!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Usually slow running units. Second from that would be the virus repairs (depending on which type) but with our thorough diagnostics we can detect those types of issues. We don't step back from odd ones as well, and it always teaches our employees something new as well!
