We had issue with sound not working in our laptop. The person from Newlite diagnosed it as a software issue and charged as $70. They worked on the laptop for an hour and said this is hardware issue and they cant fix. Clearly there was no software issue and software was already up to date. They Just cheated the money for doing no work.
