- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our fees depend on the issue. Our minimum charge is $49.95. Generally we check the computer and then discuss the price, after which it totally depends on the customer and their needs. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we diagnose the cause of the computer issues and then we discuss the price to troubleshoot. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified Experts in all areas of computer issues. Also, our company is an Accredited Business of the Better Business Bureau.
