My tech was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough.I had many problems to resolve with my computer and he addressed each one. I did notice an issue with a change in my font prior to ending our session and he took time again to resolve the issue.

Shivil got me up and running after my computer was hacked.

I had a problem with outside people posing as Newlite, but the Newlite computer specialist was great, and helped me get back online.
