My pricing system is pretty simple: Low Hourly Rate + Cost of Any Replacement Parts = Total Job Cost
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly searching for new technologies to study and new certifications to obtain. There is only an upside to continuing ones education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My career in IT servicing started back in 1997 after purchasing my first home PC, a Gateway. This particular model was very riddled with bugs and hardware failures and in an effort to save money, I taught myself how to fix and debug every error I came across. I had that machine happily strumming along for years after the initial purchase.
