- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a sliding scale fee as each therapist in the office offers different fees. We accept most major insurances including BCBS, United, Humana, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and Medicare.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call our office we'll gather your information including your goals, therapist preferences, your availability, and insurance information to find a good fitting therapist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only have licensed therapists in our office all of who have 15-30 years of experience.
