- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always try to keep it competitive. We offer 5% off to first responders, military, senior (50+), teachers, cash pay... just mention the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and talk about the project at hand, measure, get samples if needed, get you to a show room, stop by my shop.. make sure that we both understand whats wanted and whats being done, what the final product should be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of woodworking and home remodeling experience.
