I hired Birch Masters to install electrical for my outdoor barrel sauna, and I’m very happy with the results. Jake did an excellent job with the installation - the work is clean, code-compliant, and everything functions perfectly. He’s a skilled electrician who pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. We had some miscommunication about scope along the way, but Jake and the Birch Masters team handled it professionally and resolved everything in a timely manner. Jake was really attentive and showed me some things that I didn't even think about. I had a friend do some work and Jake showed me how it was done incorrectly but still showed empathy and didn't make me feel silly for have a non electrician work on my outlets. He just fixed it. Payment was smooth and I really appreciate the quality and professionalism.
