- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Automated quotes sent via the Thumbtack website are general estimates for informational purposes only. Prices are subject to change depending your location and scope of services. Quotes we send after speaking with you are guaranteed to not change for a minimum of 30 days as long as the scope of services also does not change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn more about a customers needs, answer questions and provide a quote. If interested we require a deposit and a signed booking agreement. Finalizing a reservation can easily be done electronically via email. No need to print, sign, stamp and mail a contract. Payments can be made on-line or over the phone. We still accept old fashioned checks as well. Cash is also acceptable for balances. Once booked we offer an online event planner as well as an online request list for you to plan each and every aspect of your special occasion. You also will have unlimited support and communication with us and your DJ, once assigned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with a variety of DJs, some are hobbyists while others are full time career DJs. This give us a very flexible pricing structure to help you find the best entertainment at a great rate. In most cases you can tell us what your budget is and we can help match you with the best qualified entertainers.
