We had a great experience working with the DJ for our Cinco de Mayo celebration at Tijuana Flats! They brought a fun, upbeat energy to the event and did a great job keeping the atmosphere lively throughout the night. The music selection fit the vibe perfectly, and guests really seemed to enjoy the experience. They were professional, easy to work with, and helped make the celebration feel even more memorable. We loved having DJ Mike for our wedding! He kept us on time during our reception and we had an absolute blast dancing! DJ Mike did a fantastic job with our event! This was my grandmother’s 100th birthday celebration. DJ Mike was responsive and helpful in responding to my inquiry for a DJ. He was great in communicating with me weeks prior to the event and up to the event. He offered fair pricing with options and he was creative in offering us ideas for entertaining and worked with the venue. He showed up on time to prep, worked with our event program and did everything we asked him to do. His music selection was fantastic and he also improvised where needed, getting on the dance floor and showing guests how to do line dances. He’s a great guy too and my guests won’t stop asking me how I found him to do the event. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and skill. He’s worth a lot more than we paid for - hands down!!! We had our wedding reception in a courtyard last Sunday. Towards the end of the night, it started pouring rain. Yet…the dance floor remained packed and active. We had guests still partying and having a great time in the middle of the rain! A lot of credit for that has to go to Mike. Not only did he nail the music choices throughout the night - using a combination of our playlists, guest requests, and his own additions - but he was also incredibly thorough and helpful throughout the planning process. He had backup plans for his backup plans which helped our entire wedding ceremony go off without a hitch.

My prices are very competitive for this market. My services are above and beyond the quality of my prices for this market. Also, I am willing to negotiate a package deal to earn your business. The more services you contract the bigger the discount. All of my quotes are based on the information that is requested in the post and lead. Once I gather all of the details, I can offer you a better price to reflect the job description requested your specific event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to email or talk to all of my customers to find out more specific details about the event to see if the quote can be negotiated. I then email a written quote per our conversation and the information posted on thumbtack. Then a follow up call or email to revise the package to the customer liking. Then we can meet in person or sign the contract to book the date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Mass Communication Degree and Broadcasting Certificate.
