- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive for this market. My services are above and beyond the quality of my prices for this market. Also, I am willing to negotiate a package deal to earn your business. The more services you contract the bigger the discount. All of my quotes are based on the information that is requested in the post and lead. Once I gather all of the details, I can offer you a better price to reflect the job description requested your specific event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to email or talk to all of my customers to find out more specific details about the event to see if the quote can be negotiated. I then email a written quote per our conversation and the information posted on thumbtack. Then a follow up call or email to revise the package to the customer liking. Then we can meet in person or sign the contract to book the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Mass Communication Degree and Broadcasting Certificate.
