- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum trip price of $50 if you are within 10 miles of me. $65 within 20 miles. Prices for full grooming for small breed dogs typically starts around $65 to $70 medium breeds are between $70 to $85 and larger breeds are anywhere from $85 to $150. Please text or call for more details
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will be asked to fill out a client and pet information card and read and sign over our policy and release form. We will have a meet and greet with your baby to get them ready for the grooming process. We will discuss what you are looking for as far as haircut or add on services we offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed under a professional groomer of 20 years. I often attend seminars for my field to improve my skills. I also visit pet expos regularly. Prior to becoming a professional groomer I worked as a vet tech.
