- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the type of visit and length of care your pet needs. We offer single visits, daily walks, and full pet-sitting packages for when you’re out of town. There are no hidden fees, and we offer discounts for regular clients and multi-day bookings. We’ll always give you a clear quote before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin with a free meet-and-greet to make sure everyone feels comfortable—especially your pet. During the visit, we’ll go over your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, favorite toys, and any special instructions. Once we’re on the same page, we’ll confirm your booking and stay in touch with daily updates, photos, and notes so you always know how things are going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and small animals. We’re trained in pet first aid and CPR and stay up to date on safety and animal behavior best practices. We’ve worked with shy rescues, senior pets, and energetic puppies—so we understand that every animal needs a slightly different approach.
