They responded to a request for a quote for a potential house rewire. It was time sensitive as I am displaced and my walls are torn up (house flooded). I need to replace the walls ASAP but want the electrical wiring inspected before doing so. They said they would come inspect it the next day and that they would reach out to me. They never reached out, and did not reply when I reached back out. Very disappointing customer service.
