I had an urgent plumbing emergency and booked an appointment with this business. Because they confirmed the booking, I declined several other available plumbers who could have helped me right away.Instead of showing up, they gave me the runaround all day. They never provided a specific appointment time for today and completely failed to call me back despite multiple attempts to reach them.They left me stranded with an active emergency. This was incredibly unreliable and definitely not a 5-star experience. Save yourself the stress and call someone else who actually shows up when people need urgent help.
