- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i generally give quotes related to basic pricing and i tey to stick to that pricing most of the time i do however sometimes things are just not accounted for such as if i have to crawl in an attic most of the time i waive the attic fee if i can walk in your attic
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i try to send you quoted message i come out and look at your project if you have materials i will start working then if not i generate a material list for you and usually i give you the option of you reimbursing me or you can get the materials yourself and i will go online take screenshots of exactly what is needed let you know what to look out for to ensure you get the correct items and we plan a day to get the work done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am currently in trade school im in my senior year as of the upcoming semester
