Technician Wade showed up,diagnosed my problem promptly and fixed it immediately. He explained what my issue was so that I could understand it. He was courteous, professional, friendly and even showed up a little earlier than scheduled. Five stars all the way! I was having an issue with a circuit breaker that keeps tripping at my house, so I made an appointment to have someone come out the same day to provide a free estimate. Skyler arrived promptly, examined the electrical panel and looked at the the appliance on the circuit, and he was incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining the potential causes of the issue and laying out the options to further address the problem. He gave me a completely honest assessment of what further electrical work was or was not worth pursuing at this point. The customer service was exceptional and I will not hesitate to call Onyx again for any electrical workbig or small. Thank you, Skyler and Onyx!

Matthew came to give me an estimate and looked thoroughly into my problems. He couldn't help me because the problems were with my appliances, not connections, but he was very polite and friendly and I would be happy to have him come out if I have any other issues
