- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a firm believer in straightforward pricing and there are no hidden cost when you hire me with my rates being fair and reasonable. I offer my full attention and enter every session prepared and ready to provide you the service and value you deserve and expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important that both of us feel comfortable as we are going to be working together to capture memories of a person, event or occasion that is may be a once-in-a-lifetime moment for you. I want to be sure I know what you expect and am familiar with your preferences and direction. There will be consultation conversations and I may do pre-shoot venue visits. If you have them, I will follow your pinterest boards for examples of what you are looking for. For large events, there may be meetings to go over details. The more we communicate the better the outcome and I will be at your dispose to discuss ideas and suggestions as we get closer to shoot day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Florida Professional Photographers Association and the national Photographers Professional Organization. I also donate my services as a volunteer photographer for four charities.
