- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Rate: I charge an hourly rate for all face painting services, with a two-hours minimum. Pricing includes setup, all materials, and high-quality, skin-safe face paints. Discount for Longer Events: Book 3 or more hours and receive a discounted rate! Perfect for larger parties, festivals, or community events. All-Inclusive Pricing: No hidden fees — travel, setup, and cleanup are included within my service area. If your event is outside my main service zone, a small travel fee may apply (always discussed upfront). Custom Quotes: Every event is unique! I'm happy to provide a custom quote based on your needs — just send me the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: You reach out with your event details — including the date, time, location, expected number of guests, and how many hours you'd like to book. Quote & Availability: I’ll confirm my availability and send you a personalized quote based on your event needs. Booking & Payment: To reserve your date and time, full payment is required in advance. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed. Before the Event: I’ll arrive 15–20 minutes early to set up. I bring all the supplies needed, including a table, chair, and professional, skin-safe face paints. During the Event: I provide fun, high-quality face painting for kids and adults, keeping things smooth, safe, and entertaining. After the Event: I take care of cleanup and make sure everything is left in great condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a professional painter with a diploma in fine arts. My background in painting and design helps me create detailed, colorful, and creative face painting designs that kids and adults love. I combine artistic skill with safe, high-quality materials to ensure every design looks great and is gentle on the skin.
