I hold two PT certifications and also include nutritional advice and meal coaching with my services. Ever go to a boxing gym and notice that some of the trainers are overweight and/or smoke? Makes me wonder what these trainers are telling their clients as far as diet/lifestyle. Doesn't make sense to me, and I don't know why they are trainers. What does make sense is Dameon's expertise on training, his overall care of his client, and that he doesn't just talk the talk; he walks the walk! Dameon is shredded (he resembles Frank Medrano)! When I started training with Dameon, I was 180 lbs. I go to the gym on average 4-5 days a week, at 6am (he has a 5am client), and follow his advice on training, technique, and diet. After only about 6 months, my weight was down to 137 lbs, and now I'm in the best shape of my life! I have Dameon to thank for my success and I always look forward to our next training session!

Dameon is an amazing trainer I love that he takes his time with his clients and makes sure that every move/exercise is done correctly.he's not only helped me with my fitness goals but also my nutritional life as well. I now have a better understanding and knowledge of food because of him. if you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable about fitness and cares then you should book Dameon.

I worked with Dameon once/wk to help me tone up, improve my balance and strength since I am a senior. His creativity, patience, and response to my questions and goals were right on. I wish that I had more time to spend on this aspect of my physical well-being.

Dameon is great! He takes is time and really pays attention to his clients goals and needs. He is EXTREMLY knowledgable and is always trying new things.
