Introduction: I provide stretching techniques to help with pain/injuries and prevention, post therapy, corrective exercise/postural, weight loss, healthy habits, nutrition guidance, lifestyle and health choices, setting up of home gym advice, weight lifting, contest prep, and cardio. CrossFit or bootcamp-type workouts are available. I do mix Pilates/yoga/weights/cable/balance.
