Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Anyone can make someone get a good workout and sweat just by having them do a whole bunch of repetitions. My work stands out from others, in that, I take a scientific approach to training and I tell you why and how were going to execute a movement. Additionally, I tell my clients the benefit of the exercises we are doing. This makes my clients really adhere to the exercise no matter how hard the movement.

Several months ago I decided I needed to lose weight and get back on track but I had a negative attitude thinking I couldn't do it. Then I met Joe. After a short time I got to an point where I wanted to give up but Joes positive thinking and emotional support helped me move past it. He is very pationate, extremely knowledgable and truley cares about his clients. He enjoys seeing them progress. Joe is such a motivating and inspirational person and I always look forward to our sessions. He has helped me, through diet and exercise, to reach my goals. Joe has really changed my life and he will definitely change yours too!

Joseph has taken my training to a new level. He consistently gets me to achieve my personal best each time we meet. He encourages me in a very positive way to continue to reach my goals. I would not want anyone else as my personal trainer.

Joe is an outstanding trainer. Not only does he better his clients in areas of movement, performance, and nutrition, but is in constant pursuit of self-improvement. Joe is a great coach and an even better person! His enthusiasm and interpersonal skills are contagious and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
