- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about their specific fitness goals. Next, I explain my personalized training plan, how it helps them achieve their goals, and how long it will take. Then I perform a fitness assessment to make sure the client is healthy enough to train. After that we chart biometrics like weight, body fat, and others, so we have a baseline that we can compare future performance to. Lastly we go through a complimentary 30 minute training session so you can decide if you feel this is the right plan and fit for you.
