We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project receives a detailed proposal outlining labor, materials, allowances, and payment schedules. Material allowances are clearly defined, and customers are free to select upgrades if desired. We strive to provide competitive pricing while using quality materials and professional installation methods that deliver long-lasting results. Financing and special promotions may be available on select projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to discuss your project, goals, budget, and timeline. Next, we schedule an on-site visit to take measurements, evaluate the scope of work, and answer any questions. After the visit, we provide a detailed written proposal outlining the work, materials, allowances, timeline, and payment schedule. Once approved, we schedule the project, order materials, and keep you informed throughout the entire renovation process until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on training and real-world construction experience in remodeling, flooring, tile installation, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, painting, and general home improvements. We continuously stay updated on modern installation techniques, waterproofing systems, flooring products, and industry best practices to ensure our customers receive quality workmanship that meets today’s standards.
